My classes offer inspiring movement for those who want to practice the art of dance, stay active and in shape, and have fun in the process.
Primary: Getting the Basics
- Thursdays: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Prime: When You're Ready for More
- Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 10:00/10:20 AM
Experienced: You've Got the Basics Down
- Fridays: 9:00 AM - 10:00/10:20 AM
All classes are Pacific Time (Los Angeles, CA Time)
Primary – The Primary class is a great place for those with little dance experience or if it's been a while since you've danced. We warm up with stretches and technique exercises and it followed by time to learn a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three classes.
Prime – Prime classes are for experienced dancers who want faster movements and are looking for a challenge. It includes a 12-minute full cardio workout. Each one-hour Prime class is followed by time to learn a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three classes.
Experienced – Experienced dancers who want to work on their dance technique will enjoy this class. The first hour is an inspiring and invigorating dance warm up and is followed by time to learn a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three classes.
