My one-on-one sessions are tailored to your level and pace, and are designed to fit your schedule. My energetic group classes blend jazz and ballet technique, yoga stretches, cardio movement and muscle strengthening exercises. Dance Training Starter Package
One-on-one private training
Live virtual sessions.
You set the time and duration
15 minutes to 45 minute sessions
In your private sessions:
- We will work on exercises that focus on your specific needs and level.
- You will learn the foundational movements of jazz and ballet technique.
- You will learn yoga stretches and muscle strengthening exercises.
- You will learn the language of dance.
- We will work all parts of the body at your current pace and level.
- We will work on choreography and creating movements.

Beginner: Getting the Basics
- Thursdays: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Experienced: You've Got the Basics Down
- Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 10:20 AM
- Fridays: 9:00 AM - 10:20 AM

Beginner – The Beginner class is a great place for those with little dance experience or if it's been a while since you've danced. We warm up with stretches and technique exercises and it followed by time to learn a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three classes.
Experienced – Experienced dancers who want to work on their dance technique will enjoy this class. The first hour is an inspiring and invigorating dance warm up and includes a cardio workout. You will also learn a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three classes.
